Description

Indulge in a creamy and delicious Banana Cream Cheesecake layered with ripe bananas and topped with airy whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 package instant banana cream pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Fresh banana slices for garnish
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs and ½ cup of melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. Beat together 2 cups of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Whisk together 1 package of instant banana cream pudding mix with 2 cups of milk until thick. Fold in 2 mashed bananas.
  6. Layer the banana cream mixture over the cooled crust, followed by the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with fresh banana slices and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow cheesecake to chill overnight to let flavors meld.
